The Shiane C. Dixon Leadership Award was started by Shiane’s mother (Diane Parrott) and the principal of Rocky Hill Middle School in 2011. The award sets out to recognize the most well-rounded female student in Rocky Hill Middle School. Each winner must be an honor roll student, musician/artist, athlete, & ambitious leader.
