The Arcola Leadership Program is a program created in 2018 by the principal of Arcola elementary (Emmanuel J Jean-Philippe and Shiane’s brother (Hassan Dixon). The premise of the program is to cultivate leaders through teachings from everyday life obstacles. These everyday obstacles include dealing with fear, overcoming adversity, loving & knowing yourself, maintaining courage, etc. All of the teachings are combined with pizza, chips, prizes, and games.

The Forest Oak Financial Literacy program was started in 2022 by Shiane’s brother (Hassan Dixon) and the principal of Forest Oak Middle School (Shahid Muhammad). The purpose of the program is to arm children with the knowledge to become the greatest versions of themselves financially. The financial knowledge comes with pizza, chips, prizes, and games.
